Ever since the Aparthotel Imperial opened, we have worked every day to offer our guests an enjoyable holiday, with carefully run services and close attention to everyone’s needs.

In 2019 we began a journey dedicated to improving accessibility. Our goal is to make our services ever more inclusive and suitable for people with specific needs too.

When we talk about accessible services, we mean hospitality that can welcome a wide range of needs: food intolerances, mobility impairments, families with small children and senior guests.

For us, hospitality can only be truly complete when it is also inclusive.

To ensure accessible holidays for guests with disabilities, including wheelchair users, we have worked with the company “Village For All”. A specialist company committed to guaranteeing the quality of our services and supporting our continuous efforts to improve.

Our commitment has already been recognised, and in 2019 we were awarded “TOP” property status in the Family category.
